What we're building.

A trusted marketplace between Main Street business owners and vetted business brokers. Owner describes their business and goals — we match them to the 3–5 brokers most likely to close their deal. Plus supporting products — valuation, readiness score, exit map — that make owners better prepared before they interview brokers.

Phase 1 focuses exclusively on Main Street: sub-$5M revenue owner-operator businesses, served by success-fee-only business brokers with IBBA credentials. It's the largest segment by volume and the most underserved by modern tooling. Once the marketplace is proven there, we extend to lower-middle-market and category by category.

The firm is founded and led by Sukhrobjon (Rob) Ismoilov, J.D. + Columbia Law School LL.M. in corporate finance, M&A, and restructuring. Certified M&A Advisor with hands-on experience representing both buyers and sellers across the full deal lifecycle — valuation, preparation, negotiation, due diligence, closing, and post-acquisition integration.

Everything on this site — the valuation engine, the readiness scorecard, the buyer registry, the industry benchmarks — is grounded in real deal experience from the firm's active practice. With a Juris Doctor from University of World Economy and Diplomacy and Columbia Law School Master's Degree in corporate finance, M&A and restructuring deals, Rob brings sophisticated legal and transactional expertise to every engagement. He has extensive hands-on experience representing both buyers and sellers in business transactions, delivering full-cycle support from valuation and preparation through negotiation, due diligence, closing, and post-acquisition integration. Rob is passionate about building Main Street Wealth into the premier deal-making platform that connects home-services owners with strategic buyers and private equity partners for optimal exits and growth.

Avaz Bokiev is the Partner and Chief Technology Officer of Main Street Wealth, leading the engineering and product organization behind Your Exit Path. Based in New York City, Avaz brings deep full-stack engineering and technology-leadership experience across creative agencies, digital-marketing studios, and early-stage startups — including Director of Technology at Raxo, a NYC-based creative and design agency. He is also co-founder of Local SEO Studio, a digital marketing agency serving small-business clients across the United States. Across his career Avaz has specialized in translating complex, judgment-heavy workflows into clean, defensible product experiences — the exact discipline required to move private M&A tooling out of spreadsheets and into a modern marketplace. On Your Exit Path he owns the platform end-to-end: the valuation and readiness engines, the matching layer, the advisor CRM, the deal-room infrastructure, and the customer-facing product.
